 2019 was a pretty disappointing year for the automobile industry. Even after some really commending car launches the sales were low. 2020 has been an exceptional year for some of the companies.     1.     Maruti Suzuki Facelift:

• Expected Price: 5.20 Lakhs 

As per the recent updates, the price of the car has been hiked by almost 20,000 due to the facelift. The all-new Maruti Swift is powered by the 1.2 liters K12N Dual jet petrol engine that is similar to the facelift of the Swift Dzire. The new model Nis expected to come out with a new set of alloy wheels and a brand new rear design.

    2.      BMW 2 Series Gran Coupe:

• Expected Price: 35 - 38 Lakhs

Bavarian Motor Works is launching its one of the most affordable cars in the Indian market. The car comes with an elegant design and a 2-liter diesel engine. The basic model is priced at 35 Lakhs. Across the world, the car is available in petrol and diesel variants but in India, the company will launch only the diesel engine. The feature that makes it unique is its seven-speed Steptronic automatic gearbox. 

    3.     Audi Q2:

• Expected Price: 35  Lakhs 

The 5 seater car by Audi will be one of the most affordable SUVs in the Indian market. The Audi Q2 comes with a 2-liter turbo petrol engine and a 7-speed S-Tronic dual-clutch automatic gearbox. As Audi is known for its entirely computerized cockpit the car has an 8.3-inch Multimedia Infotainment (MMI) system, and a digital cockpit instrument cluster. The car will be a tough competition to the existing BMW X1 and the Mercedes GLA. The car also has a 5-year service package with 2+3 year servicing and roadside assistant.

i20 is one of the most trusted car models in India, it has been on the Indian roads since 2008. The latest iteration in the car has been the LED headlamps, three BS6- compliant engine, sunroof, and alloy wheels. • Expected Price: 70-87 Lakhs

The all-new Land Rover defender comes in two variants namely 90 and 110 the former comes with a 3 door and the latter with a 5 door design.  The roof also offers three choices that are - Fixed metal door, a sliding panoramic roof, and a folding fabric roof.  The powerful Land Rover Defender has a 2-liter petrol engine that delivers a max power of 292 bhp.
