Homemade Healthy Energy Drinks 

Due to lockdown, most of the people working from home. Due to less movement, all need nutritious and diet-controlled food.  It is imperative to keep fit and maintain the weight in a lockdown situation.  A proper and healthy diet is the only solution to keep fit and energetic all the time. Same time daily exercise is also necessary as per convenient. The following are very simple and can be prepared within 10 minutes a healthy and nutritious drink with the help of a grinder mixer. We need to arrange the required stuff as per the choice.

                                                                               

1.     Coconut Water and Lamon: Ideal drink with no sugar, no caffeine, energetic easy to prepare. Bring coconut water and squeeze 1/4 lemon juice in it. This is an energetic and power-boosting drink. Can be prepared in 5 minutes of time.

                                                                 

2.     Ginger & Cardamom Juice: It is also healthy to drink without sugar and caffeine. Arrange a half glass of lukewarm water and peel 2-piece medium size ginger. Add 1/4 tsp cardamom powder and 1/6 tsp turmeric powder mix all properly by spoon. Top up the glass with lukewarm water. Your energy drink is ready to share. All are nutrition product ginger turmeric and good for energy and keep you fresh. 

                                                                               

3.     Almond butter shake: This is a replacement for a meal with a nutritious and energetic drink if you want to skip lunch. You can have this as breakfast or in snakes also. Take a blender cup put 1 glass of milk, 10-12 crushed almonds, 1/2 tsp almond butter and 1 medium size banana. Blend all ingredients well and now your drink is ready. For tests, you can add Cardamom and cocoa powder.  This is a perfect drink with no effect and healthy. 

                                                                   

4.     Oats Banana shake: Oats are a healthy and fiber-rich item. It is effective in weight reduction. A healthy diet replacement for a meal. Take a blender cup put 1 glass of skim milk, 1/4 glass oats, 1 tsp butter, and 1 medium-size banana. Blend all up to 30-40 seconds 2 times and mix all properly. Now your drink is ready. This is a perfect drink with no side effects, nutritious, and healthy. 

                                                                      

5.     Kokam and Coconut water Drink: Kokam has very good for the body with various health benefits. Kokam keeps the body cool and well for digestion. Coconut water is for energy.  So bring a sugar-free kokam 2 tsp kokam and a glass of coconut water. Mix 1/4 tsp cumins for teste. Mild and healthy energy drink ready to share.  

                                                                        

6.     Green Mango and Coconut water Drink: Mangos are kept the diet balance with various health and medical benefits. Boil the green mango and peel them and make a 2tsp pulp. Put the pulp in blender and a glass of coconut water. Mix 1/4 tsp black salt for teste. This drink is energy boosting and feel fresh.   

                                                                       

7.      Apple Spinach Energy Drink: Spinach is an antioxidant ingredient and apple is for sugar and potassium. This will keep you fresh and powerful during the working hours. Bring juicer mixer mix a 1 cup spinach and 1 cup apple mix then 2 time up to 30 minutes. Mix 2-3 drops of lemon for teste. Energetic and healthy energy drink ready to share.
