Multi Crore Properties of Akshay Kumar


A well-known name in the Bollywood, superstar Akshay Kumar has multiple multi-crore properties in India as well as abroad. The fitness freak Bollywood star has been entertaining us since 1991 to till now. Akshay Kumar is the only Indian actor who has made it up to the top ten highest paid actors according to the Forbes. With an eventually rising income the actor has started investing in multiple properties which are listed below:

1.      1) Sea Facing Bungalow in Juhu Mumbai:

 It is Khiladi Kumar's favourite relaxing place with his wife Twinkle Khanna, a sea-facing duplex. This property is solely designed by Twinkle Khanna having all modern facilities including a home theatre. It is a beautifully designed and well-planned house. A private garden is also a part of this luxurious property. Every corner of the property is well maintained and equipped with expensive paintings, showpieces, and articles collected from around the world. 

 

2.    2) Flats in Andheri West, Mumbai:

Just 3 years ago he has invested in spawling four flats in a 38-story luxurious Transcon Triumph Tower at link road Andheri, Mumbai. The cost of each Flat is approximately 4.5 Crore.

 

3.     3) Portuguese-style home in Goa:

Due to greenery, climate, and beautiful beaches, Goa attracts many biggies. Akshay Kumar owns a super-luxurious and unique styled villa at Goa costing 5 Cr. He spends time with his kids and also indulges in social activities. The Kumar family is often spotted taking long walks beside the beach and enjoying sunsets.

 

4.      4)  A Hill in Toronto:

Akshay holds Canadian citizenship now. During an interview, he declared that after retirement from the film industry he will spend most of the time in Toronto. Due to his love for being a Canadian civilian, he bought an entire hill in Canada according to the Daily News Analysis (DNA). This is also a superior property facing a lake and hill view. The ace actor also owns a couple of apartments and bungalows in the city.

 5)  House in Mauritius:  

The Kumar family's love for beaches is well-known. dazzling beaches, sparkling water, fresh cool breeze, white sand all this comes together at a single spot, Mauritius. The family also owns a privet jet, so Mauritius is never too far for the family. The Deccan Chronicle recently reported that the actor possesses a sprawling bungalow around the shore.
