conscious about their mental health. Approximately 10% of the population have a
mental health disorder across the globe. They consider this genuine, take it
seriously, and are more concerned about the basic lifestyle for apt treatment.
What is Mental Health Disorder?
Mental health is conversion in opinion, thinking, feeling,
behaviour from the normal. It will be easily make out by our colleagues. There
are wide range of mental disorder and it is depending on numerous types of
disorder. Mental health disorder can cause significant discomfort or
impairment of personal functioning. Mental syndrome can be occurred because
of childhood abuse, negligence, social isolation, loneliness.
Symptoms of Mental Health Disorder
It is not easy to identify a mental health problem.
Some of the symptoms of mental health disorders are prolonged sadness, sudden
mood swings, excess fear, too much of worry, and social inactiveness. Whenever
we feel any of the symptoms of a mental disorder we should go to the doctor for
consultation and treatment. We should help individuals if we find some abnormal
or sudden change their behaviour. We should help and inform others too regarding
the mental health.

There are various types of Mental Health disorders,
but listed below are the most prominent health issues according to the NMHS:
1. Mood Disorder: Mood Disorder means depression,
dysthymia disorder, bipolar disorder. In India, around 3-4% population is
affected by this syndrome. Which is the major quantum of the affected
community. As soon as we get to know about this syndrome, immediately we should
consult a doctor for treatment. Unfortunately, in India people don't take it
seriously they leave it as it is. So, the disorder goes to the next level eventually.
2. Anxiety Disorder: Anxiety disorder is nowadays very
common in every age group of people. In India approximately 5-6% of the population
affected by this disorder. It is stress syndrome that may be in terms of social,
panic, any specific type of stress or general type. Anxiety disorder is a major
mental health disorder in our country. India is the second-largest affected
country by this syndrome whereas China holds the first position. Anxiety
disorder must be thought upon meticulously but, in India it is usually
neglected. Indians think that they will be normalized automatically without any
treatment. We can say it lack of knowledge or major ignorance.
3. Psychotic Disorder: Psychotic Disorder means autism,
attention deficit, bipolar disorder, and major depressive disorder known as
schizophrenia. In India approximately 1% of population is suffering from this
syndrome. Psychotic disorder can be detected in any age group but is most
prominently found in the people aging above 50. This disorder is habitually not
taken seriously and is ignored by Indians.
4. Eating Disorder: Eating disorder means anorexia
nervosa, bulimia nervosa and binge eating disorder. People should eat regular
food in a justified quantity as per the standard diet. Overeating leads to
obesity and many other kinds of unwanted diseases.
Above all are the mental Health problems, so we
should be aware in this regard, and we should teach the community and make them
aware. This sickness seems normal & regular but we should care of it and
start the treatment timely.

treatment & Policies
These are some steps that should be undertaken by an individual and also the relevant government authority. These steps must be implemented at the central and state level by government. Several NGO’s should also spread awareness about the same by conducting various health programms
Causes
Mainly this is due to exiting scenarios of living
life style. Everyone is busy in their own family situation, excel, achievement
and many terms. No one have time for others, even with their own family, partners,
colleagues. In spite of all these behavior against each other with jealous,
guilt are the a major factor for this.
Precaution
To prevent this, we need to understand each other.
Openly talk to our own dearest one, share your even small problem. Keep happy
yourself, others and to everyone. Keep heathy competition, don’t grudge with
colleagues, partners. Keep yourself away from envious, greediness, bad habits,
bad manners.
Easy to say but difficult to regularizes in day to
day life. Honestly this is the only solution of mental health disorder.
Conclusion
Treatment of Mental health is an extraordinary, and
expensive affair. There is a very thin line between mentally ill and
mentally fit people. So, medically only doctors can identify it with there
expertise. As per National Institute of Mental Health (NIMH) only 1-1.5% patient
only getting treatment of this mental health disorder. So, there is a very
broad scope to excel in this profession. Happiness, tension free, well behave,
daily exercise is the key factor for happy and long life. Due to this, not only
mental other any decease can’t touch you.
Finally, even then you realise any symptom of
mental health, to anyone then must rush for medical treatment without delay. People
should take it seriously; ignorance will cause the deleterious result.
